Tao of Love And Sex: Sexual Toning Through Acupressure

SEXUAL TONING THROUGH ACUPRESSURE
Acupressure is a toning massage that is useful in treating the following ailments: weakness or insufficiency of vital energy, lowered resistance to infection, weakness of the physiological functions, sexual disorders, and fragile health in older persons.

When using acupressure for sexual toning, you should apply sufficient pressure to achieve a slight feeling of stimulation; massage in the direction of the blood flow, toward the heart; and massage in a clockwise direction. Treatment with acupressure consists of mild toning, three times a week, of the acupuncture points listed below. These points can be found in any anatomical acupuncture atlas.
Male impotence: Governing Vessel 4 (GV4), Bladder 23, GV2, Conception Vessel 3 (CV3), Stomach 36, Spleen 6, Large Intestine 5, Heart 7.
Premature ejaculation: Use these two treatments in alternation: (1) CV4, Kidney 3, Stomach 36; (2) Bladder 23, Bladder 52, Spleen 6.
Male sterility: Bladder 23 (the twenty-third point on the bladder channel tones the kidneys), GV4. It is also recommended that you sleep at night with your hands cupping your testicles.

YANG JI-ZHOU'S SYMPTOM POINTS
The following points are mentioned in a number of ancient treatises on acupuncture, including Yang Ji-zhou's sixteenth-century work, Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion. These points can be used either to complement other energy methods or alone, as long as they do not disrupt the interplay of the energies. Male sterility: Tone Bladder 23.

Sexual anhedonia (lack of pleasure during sex): Tone Stomach 45.
Fear of the opposite sex: Tone Kidney 5. Retarded orgasm: Tone Stomach 15 (according to the Yi Cheu, a classic work on acupuncture). Postorgasmic fatigue (in women): Tone Bladder 33 (according to the Da Cheng). Incomplete erections: Tone GV1.
To increase sexual excitement for both partners during intercourse: Massage Spleen 12, located on either side of the body, in the middle of the fold of the groin.
